Memory Lane

Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn’t matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.

It’s actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I’ll assume you’re playing the game and I’ll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don’t want to play on your blog, or if you don’t have a blog, I’ll leave my memory of you in my comments. So let’s have it! Don’t be shy! What do you remember? Anything funny, embarrassing, silly…

My very fist time that I met you, you were sooo shy! You came to dinner at my house and I wished that you knew how easy going we were! I also had a really hard time thinking of something to make that didn't have meat in it. So glad you are over that now.... :)

I remember the nights we used to do the paraffin hand dips with Becky Adams. And how awesome we looked for our home teachers with the wax on :-).

I also remember how great you were dealing with me right after I got dumped my first weekend living away from home. You hardly even knew me... but you were such a great roommate/friend.

I remember when I first met you...you came to Logan and stayed with Abby at our apartment, and I thought you were so sweet! I remember talking to you about your upcoming wedding, and you were so nice and easy to talk to...you made me feel part of the family already! I also have a memory of you that involves a funeral luncheon and a suspicious hair...I still cringe for you every time I think about it! :)

Studying......at the library, at your house, at my house. How could we forget? AND, RS Presidency Meetings. Those long, long drug out meetings. Oh, how I miss them. And, remember when we were talking on the phone and I totally forgot to get my kids at the bus stop? The bus driver called me and I was on the phone with you...hee hee! AND, oh how I miss you. We should have made a lot more memories. You are the sweetest person ever. I love you to pieces.

I remember when we stayed at your house and stayed up late talking about everything...and being so amazed at what a natural mommy you are, and how well you love and nurture your kids. You're a very special and amazing person. I admire you very much even though you're younger. I love the fact that we have the same gender, age, amount of kids. It's fun to share so much in common. I look forward to watching our kids grow up knowing each other because of our annual visits from state to state. Thanks for your example Kristy! I love you like a sister.

Kristi..hey I have lots of memories of you too...I remember when you came to my wedding and I knew you and Kyle were going to get married even though you weren't engaged yet. I was so excited, and you were so cute and nice. I always have fun when you guys come to visit...wish we could play more often.

Shelly..I remember lots of good times with you. You always made me laugh and have so much fun. Studying sticks out in my mind too, making up crazy words. I remember when I didn't know you very well and you lived in the same apartments as us, then you moved and Matt was your home teacher. I went with him to visit you and you were living in your trailer..you had just had your baby and I didn't even ever know you were pregnant. Oh, and remember giving pedicures too. I am so glad that we are friends. You are so much fun and just a very, very nice person. I am coming to St. George in October I think, so we will have to get together!

Rachel..I remember when you organized that blind date/get together thing and we did it over at my Mom's house. I remember thinking that was so much fun, I think that was the first time I met Alma. I think it was after that that I really started to get to know lots more people in the singles ward. That was fun!
